Returns & Refunds

Upon delivery the buyer is expected to notify us immediately if the item has any damaged or the item is not as described.

Please email us pictures to support this.

The buyer has 14 days to return an item and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account. 

The buyer is responsible for the return postage/ shipping costs and any loss in value to the item if it isn’t returned in the original condition. 

If you’re buying the item as a gift and need the return allowance extended please email us directly and we can arrange this for you.
